Energy survey
One of our engineers would visit your site and inspect all areas that use utilities, such as boiler plant, lighting, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, kitchen and leisure equipment to identify potential areas where changes may be made to save heat, power or water.
A full written report would follow, with potential savings identified at no-cost or low-cost, in terms of consumption and monetary value. Longer term recommendations would also be made.
Monitoring and targeting reports
Following a survey, monitoring and targeting reports can be produced. Site meter readings and current charges are used to calculate actual costs against budgets, for each utility.
In addition the survey report allows us to identify the proportion of gas, electricity, water, oil or LPG that each department uses within the organisation (in the case of a hotel this may be per bedroom let, per cover served, day of leisure complex use etc.).
By being able to split consumption down into departments, the reports can be used to track variations in usage and cost, and therefore highlight areas of possible wastage and overspend.
